Hand-Painted Crosses

These wooden crosses come from Irrkerlantye Arts, an aboriginal owned and operated community art centre for central and eastern Arrernte people living in Alice Springs and surrounding outstations. Each cross is hand-painted in an original design and signed by the artist. Size: 10 cm by 13 cm Code: CRWIA13 Price: $33.00 each

Also available from Irrkerlantye Arts is a range of smaller pendant crosses. Each hand-painted design is unique, and the crosses are supplied with a leather necklace thong. Size: 4 cm by 6 cm Code: CRWIA06 Price: $18.70 each

Holding Crosses Handmade and polished with natural oils. Australian Blackwood and Chestnut Leaved Oaks. Price $24.20 Crosses Olivewood from Bethlehem, plain crosses ranging in sizes from 8 - 30 cm, priced from 55 cents to $27.50.
Labyrinth Meditation This labyrinth has been crafted to be as close as possible to the original labyrinth on the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France. It is made in Melbourne, from Jarrah, Sydney Blue Gum or Brushbox. It is 38 x 38 cm, and is designed for a person to sit with quietly and meditate while their finger follows the unicircal winding path of rings. It would be a fine piece of meditation in a Church or Chapel, or on a low table in an office or prayer room. Price: $270.00.
Icons A variety of small and large icons. Depictions on the small icons include the Trinity, Christ Pantocrator 13th & 16th century, Mother of God of the Passion 16th century, Mother of God 15th century. Some of the saints depicted in a more modern series are St Therese Lisieux, Jeanne D'Arc, Hildegard of Bingen.
